The quality of our products is guaranteed by a healthy and natural breeding method. The management of the company has remained familiar: while the father Bortolo is responsible for raising the cattle, which in the summer are taken to the pastures on the slopes of Mount Baldo.

His wife Angiolina is dedicated to cooking, which has remained homely and faithful to the local culinary tradition, and the three daughters, Elisa, Martina and Michela, take care of the catering and accommodation of the guests, who can be welcomed in the comfortable rooms equipped with private bathroom.
